1998 All-America Selections Winner. Has stems of many colors including gold, pink, orange, purple, red, & white w/bright & pastel variations. The 18-22” lvs are grn or bronze & lightly savoyed. The taste is milder than ordinary chard, w/each color having a slightly different flavor. In the young stage, the lvs may be used like spinach. Great for salads.
