An improved gold chard selected for bolt tolerance, uniform color, & wider petioles. The deeply savoyed, dark green leaves contrast with the rich, golden-orange petioles. The leaves have a chewy & juicy texture with a mild, slightly beet-like, & earthy flavor. Vigorous plants & full leaves make for excellent, top-quality yields.
