Perennial Herb: Evergreen. Deer resistant. A superb introduction, forming a clump of very thick, heart-shaped leaves that are silver with green edging and veining. Sprays of deep blue Forget-me-not flowers appear in spring. Heat and humidity tolerant. Great in beds, borders and containers. Good cut flower. Size: 6-12" x 24". Water: mod-moist. Organic Brussel Sprouts

Heirloom. Originating around the 1890's. Semi-dwarf that produces lots of tasty sprouts on short, self-supporting stems. Each sprout is tightly wrapped, has an excellent flavor & avg.1.5” in diameter. Delicious roasted with other vegetables or use to compliment a meat dish. Also good for freezing.
