Perennial: Native to Mexico. A low maintenance houseplant that is easy to grow. The sword-shaped leaves are mottled with light green variegation on top and the underside and stems are deep red. The mature leaves can reach up to 2-3 feet in length. Has air-purifying properties. Height: 12-36 inches. Indoors: Provide indirect, bright light. Water: moist. Mist to increase humidity when needed. Toxic to humans and pets if ingested.
