Beat the heat! This is a very mild, heart-shaped chili, perfect for stuffing, grilling, drying, stir fried, salsas, or in sauces. Medium thick walls averaging 4-6” long w/a wide interior. Sweet & can be used as a sub for bell peppers, but has enough spice to be classified as a hot pepper. Dried it is referred to as an Ancho pepper & is ground & used as a flavoring spice. Good yields even in cool regions. (Maturity: 68 days green, 88 red)
