Bulb: Deer resistant. Native to N. Iran. Easy to grow in hot, sunny places. Use in containers or borders. Can use flowers fresh or dried. Blooms in the summer with very large clusters of lavender to deep violet blooms. Flower stalks grow 18" above foliage. Foliage height: 1-1.5'. Water: moderate. USDA Z4-10.
