Houseplant: Hybrid of S. rowleyanus and S. articulatus, this rare and popular hybrid has gray green leaves that look like dolphins leaping off the plant! With proper care, it can send up bloom stalks with pompom-like clusters of tiny white flowers. Cannot tolerate frost/freezing temps. Drought tolerant. Water: moderate when top soil is dry. Soil: good drainage. For a full pod of “dolphins”, prune the stems regularly and replant the cuttings.

Perennial Grass Evergreen Presumed to be a hybrid between Sesleria caerulia & Sesleria autumnalis. Blue-tinged green blades bear a likeness to Sesleria caerulia but are longer, while the blooms resemble those of Sesleria autumnalis, except for being thicker & more elongated & turning a purplish brown hue when mature.
