A zucchini that is bred for the blossoms. Zuchino da Fiore means “bred to produce flowers”. You may get a few small fruit, but mostly you get lots and lots of very large flowers for cooking. It is perfect for the traditional Italian fried blossom dishes, and great as a garnish to decorate your summer table. It is best to harvest in the morning when the blossoms are at their fullest. Plant in sun. Plant is a runner of around 5 ft. or so.
