This stately Salvia has large grey-green triangular shaped leaves with prominent veins that hold flower spikes that rise above the foliage. Great in borders. Attracts bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Bloom time: summer-fall. Bloom color: true blue. Height: 4-6 feet. Width: 4-6 feet. Exposure: sun/part shade. Water: moderate. USDA Z9. Can grow back from roots, if tops have frozen.
