This was given to us and we don't know the true name - but we do know that it's a great addition because it doesn't have any thorns!! It produces loads of 2-3" double reddish purple flowers that are held over thornless stems. It only has a few small thorns under the leaves which is great, especially when pruning! This rose is great for areas where children play or for the elderly so their delicate skin won't get scratched. Height: climbing to around 10 feet or more.
