Old heirloom variety, has smooth, tan skin w/med. ribs & a flattened shape, resembles a wheel of cheese. The dp orng flesh is mod. sweet & great for pies or soups. Sometimes called a Cinderella pumpkin, related to butternut squash. Use as you would butternut squash. Easy to grow, cold-tolerant & a long keeper. Avg. 6-10 lb. Yield is 2-3 pumpkins per plant.
