A heavy, vigorous white-stem bok choy. It forms a 12-18 tall, broad, heavy bunch with dark green leaves and thick, flattened white petioles. Delicious raw or cooked. It is fast growing and tolerant to heat and cold. Fat and cholesterol free, and a good source of vitamin A, vitamin C and folate. Plant in sun.
