Perennial: Evergreen. Deer resistant. Coast & clay tolerant. Native to CA, WA, OR & ID. This selection was named for the mother of former head of Tilden Botanic Garden, Wayne Roderick. Clump forming. Good in rock & woodland gardens, pots & borders. Nice cut flower. Attracts butterflies & hummingbirds. Tiny bell-shaped rose-pink flowers rise well above the foliage in spring-summer. Size: 1.5-2' x 1.5-2'. Exp.: part shade. Water: mod. USDA Z5.
