Fern: Evergreen. Deer resistant. Good in rock gardens or as a houseplant. Indoors will tolerate dry air, drafts & low light levels. Holly-like fronds emerge w/whitish or brown scales & mature to very glossy, dark green leathery fronds. Good for underplanting. Clumping: 8-18". Part shade/shade (can tolerate sun if soil is moist). Water: moist. USDA Z6-10.
