This a ruvo group type, known as broccoli rabe, raab, rapa, rapini, broccoli turnip, spring broccoli, taitcat, Italian turnip & Italian mustard. Lvs & buds have more of the “bloom” & color of regular broccoli. Edible parts are the florest & the lvs closest to the florets. The flowers look beautiful sprinkled through a salad. The thick, tender shoots & buds have a superb earthy mustard flavor. Fall, winter & spring crops. (Maturity: 35 days)
