Perennial: Drought tolerant. Deer resistant. Native to Mexico. A simple but stunning hybrid between A. shawii & A. attenuata. Forms elegant rosettes of soft fleshy, blue-grey leaves edged w/tiny teeth & adorned w/red-brown margins & a terminal spine. Resembles a blue gas flame, w/gracefully incurved leaf tips. Rarely flowers. It makes a dramatic focal point or accent & can be used in deocrative pots. Ht: 2-3'. Width: 3-4'. Full sun. Water: dry. USDA Z9.
